UMNO has successfully done this through their 1,016,799 “racist graduates” from the Biro Tata Negara (refer to UOA Buletin 21/6/2009 at page 19).

A local survey showed thet race related issues were the second most concern after the economy (Sun 21/12/2009 at page 19).

UMNO today tells us that there are 1.2 million civil servants in Malaysia. Even in the 1960s, 50 % of the civil servants were Indians as they were the most proficient in English. But now they been systematically to an estimated 1 % under UMNOs’ racist, religious extremist and supremacist policies.
