The Deputy Public Prosecutor Lailawati Ali and Judge Abdullah are unlikely to find any policeman guilty of murder of manslaughter. To start off with the UMNO Attorney General did not even prosecute any Malay-sian policemen with the murder or at least manslaughter of Kugan.
